  • How We Share Your Information.

Personally Identifiable Information:

The group will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others.  We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of the group (for instance, on servers employed to provide backup services for the running and disaster recovery of our business).

Any personally identifiable information you elect to make publicly available, such as posting comments on our Facebook pages, will be available to others.  If you remove information that you have made public, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived locations, or if other clients have copied or saved that information.

  • Instances Where We Are Required To Share Your Information.

The group will disclose your information where required to do so by law, if subject to any legal proceeding, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our Conditions of Sale or to protect the security or integrity of our Service; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the group, our clients or others.

We work with a number of trusted providers whom carry out services on our behalf.  For example when you purchase goods from us, in order to arrange delivery your address and contact name details are provided to our selected courier firm.  It is in our legitimate interest to do so, given we do not have the capabilities to provide this service ourself.  Our provider has appropriate processes in place to ensure your details are only used for this purpose and of no other.

  • Minor’s Privacy.
