We will retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services. Given the longevity of our products and updates to coin and note data, contact details may be held in excess of 7 years so that we can maintain our relationship and provide after sales care and support to you.

They help us to improve the website and to deliver a better and more personalised service.

For example when you purchase goods from us, in order to arrange delivery your address and contact name details are provided to our selected courier firm. It is in our legitimate interest to do so, given we do not have the capabilities to provide this service ourself.
